About 100 people are looking for a Russian tourist who went missing while walking with her father at Viem Dong Beach in Da Nang.

Nguyen Thanh Vy said they had not found the missing woman by 8 p.m. on June 15. The authorities are working hard to find her.

The tourist's family was staying at a hotel near the beach in the Viem Dong area on June 14.

After dinner, the father and daughter went for a walk on the beach while the mother stayed at the hotel.

The father lost sight of his daughter in the dark and could not catch up with her.

The family and hotel staff looked for her but could not find her, so they told the local authorities.

The Da Nang Military Command told the Dien Ban Dong Ward Military Command to work with the authorities to start a search and rescue operation.

About 100 people are searching, including soldiers, police, firefighters, and local residents. They are working together to find the missing tourist.

The search teams are looking along the Viem Dong coastline and will search a bigger area to try to find the missing tourist.

The search is happening near Ha Nam.
