In a video, officers are seen arresting the Honduran national.
A deputy yells, 'Driver, hands out the window, now!' and a translator repeats it in Spanish.

After arresting Peralta, officers found some minor narcotics in his truck.
Florida police took Peralta's vehicle because he was driving without a license.

Peralta-Sevilla entered the US in 2013 and was caught by Border Patrol in Texas.
