Rebecca Adlington Gives Important Advice to Parents About Swimwear

After 19 people drowned in the UK, Rebecca shared important water safety advice. She is working with The Mirror's Save Lives for Sam campaign to stop children from drowning.

Rebecca's kids started swimming lessons when they were babies. She thinks the best time to learn is between 3 and 5 years old.
