Apple Launches New iOS 27 Beta

Apple has launched the second test version of iOS 27 for developers.

The new iOS 27 test version has new features, including improvements to Siri. Let's look at what's new.

One of the biggest changes in iOS 27 is a smarter Siri, but not all expected features were in the first test version. Now, in the second test version, Apple has added more features.

The most significant update is a new 'Write with Siri' button in some Apple apps like Messages, Notes, and Mail. This tool was available before, but now it's easier to use.

Apple also made some existing features better. For example, you can now delete many conversations at once in the Siri app.

In the Siri settings, there's a new option for Visual Intelligence. You can turn on or off a feature called 'Highlight to Image Search'.

There's also a Siri voice customization feature, but it's not fully working yet. Some options are labeled as 'Coming Soon'.

People in the European Union won't be able to use these features because Apple hasn't agreed with EU regulators on AI yet.

Apple added new options for its Wallet app and payments, but they're not fully working yet.

Wallet is getting a new feature called Insights, which lets you connect accounts to see spending and balances. You can find it by launching Wallet and tapping on the three-dot menu.

When you create a pass in Wallet, you can now choose a texture option to make it look better.

The Camera app has some small changes, but the rumored customization options are not available yet.

There are yellow highlights around camera tools buttons to indicate that a hidden feature is enabled.

You can now use AI tools on RAW images in the Photos app.

The Weather app looks nicer, and you can see wind speed more easily. You can also reply to specific messages when texting Android users.

The final version of iOS 27 is coming this fall with new iPhones. The current versions are for developers only.
