0:00Well, hello and welcome
0:01to Wednesdays with Bob.
0:03Remember, even though this
0:04isn't a traditional English
0:05lesson, it can be used as one.
0:08There are word for word
0:09English subtitles if you need
0:10to turn them on, and a complete
0:13in the description below.
0:15So you might be wondering
0:17Number one, it's not Wednesday
0:18today, it's Tuesday, as
0:20you watch this probably.
0:21And number, two, you might be
0:23thinking, I thought these
0:24videos, these Wednesdays with
0:26Bobs, were for members only.
0:27Well, this week is really,
0:29really busy for me and I
0:31didn't really have time
0:32to make an English lesson.
0:34And I didn't really have time to
0:35also make a Wednesdays with Bob.
0:37So I thought I would kill
0:38two birds with one stone.
0:40In English, when you kill two
0:42birds with one stone,
0:43it means you get one thing done.
0:45You get two things done
0:47Am I explaining that properly?
0:49It means that as I make this
0:51Wednesdays with Bob, I'm also
0:54as my Tuesday video this week.
0:57who are members, thank you for
0:59supporting the channel.
1:00All of you who aren't members.
1:01This is one of, the things.
1:03This video is one of the things
1:05that members get, almost every
1:08Wednesday, actually I think 46 or
1:1047 times out of the year,
1:12I do a Wednesdays with Bob video.
1:15And what do I talk about
1:16in a Wednesdays with Bob video?
1:17Well, sometimes I just talk
1:20I talk about how we have a little
1:22bit of snow here on the farm.
1:24I might talk about how
1:26it's really cold out here today.
1:30I should probably be wearing,
1:31probably be wearing a winter hat.
1:34I also talk about my life
1:36and things that are going on.
1:37One of the reasons why I'm busy
1:39is I need to go to work tonight.
1:42I have to go to work tonight
1:44to be recognized for working
1:46at the school for 25 years.
1:48I don't know if it's just going
1:50to be a little presentation.
1:51I don't know if I'm going
1:54But, I have to go to work, tonight.
1:56And, last Friday night I actually
1:58had to chaperone a school dance.
2:01When you chaperone something
2:02as a teacher or as an adult,
2:04you are, responsible for,
2:07the behavior of the students
2:09who are at that event.
2:10So there was a school dance.
2:11I chaperoned it late Friday night.
2:14I still don't feel like I've
2:16fully recovered from that.
2:17I still feel pretty tired.
2:19And then I have to go back
2:23me and a few other teachers
2:24are being recognized,
2:26for our years of service.
2:28You might be wondering, do I
2:30ever talk about the chickens?
2:31Well, sometimes I do.
2:33The chickens actually at some
2:35point need to go into the barn.
2:41They are protected from the wind.
2:43But I think this weekend we'll
2:45be moving them into the barn
2:47and they'll have a much
2:48more enjoyable place to be.
2:49I'm trying to find Jen,
2:51but she's running away from me.
2:54I tried to hide from you,
2:56you're trying to hide from me.
2:58I'm killing two birds
3:00I'm doing a Wednesdays with
3:02Bob, but then I'm going to
3:03release it Tuesday to everybody.
3:05So then I don't have to worry
3:07about, getting that done.
3:08I was just explaining
3:13Oh, and there's Walter.
3:14So, do you have anything to say
3:17to my wonderful audience?
3:20I wasn't ready for this.
3:22colder than we expected.
3:25Oh, I've already talked
3:27I better wrap this up.
3:28So I'll walk away now.
3:29Anyways, this is what
3:31Wednesdays with Bob is.
3:33It's me rambling and there actually
3:35is some English to learn.
3:37If you want to learn a bit
3:38of English with this video.
3:40I've probably talked too long
3:41to include the whole transcript
3:43in the description at this point.
3:49So, so I'll probably put a link
3:52to the full transcript
3:53in the description below and you
3:54can use it as you see fit.
3:56By the way, here's how
3:57you could use a video like
3:58this to learn English.
3:59You could read the transcript
4:01and then watch the video.
4:02You could watch the video
4:03with the subtitles on,
4:04then read the transcript and then
4:06watch the video again
4:07with the subtitles off.
4:09You can add a lot of variation.
4:10You can do this with other English
4:12speaking YouTube channels as well.
4:14And it just helps you,
4:17helps you to remember.
4:18Anyways, thanks to all my members
4:20for being members and thanks
4:21to all the rest of you
4:23for watching my English lessons
4:24so faithfully every week.
4:25It has really helped me,
4:27to just have a lot of fun
4:28and enjoyment and to earn a bit
4:30of a living doing YouTube.
4:35So anyways, have a good day.
4:37I'll see you hopefully, next week
4:39with an actual English lesson.
4:41But I'll for sure see you this
4:42Friday with a live English lesson.
