'Last chance to qualify' for Nationwide £100 Fairer Share payment
Express
Nationwide has distributed the £100 bonus payments over the past three years, and has signalled its intention to continue this practice in 2026.
The decision is anticipated in May, consistent with previous years, with any payments generally arriving in June.
Qualification is typically determined by account activity during the opening three months of the year - up to March 31.
In a recent post on X, Martin Lewis, said: "Nationwide customer? It's likely your last chance to qualify to get this year's Fairer Share £100."
He also included a link to a Money Saving Expert (MSE) article which provides "full details".

MSE recommends customers act without delay to "maximise your chances" of qualifying, presuming the requirements stay consistent with prior years.
Nationwide members are encouraged to keep their current accounts open until at least March 31 and to have used the account by this date in 2026.
Completing these two steps, alongside holding at least £100 in a Nationwide savings account or owing at least £100 on a Nationwide mortgage, has proved sufficient to qualify in past years.
MSE adds: "If you don't [have at least £100 in savings OR owe at least £100 on a mortgage with Nationwide], stick £100 (or maybe £200 to be safe in case it changes its terms) into one of its savings accounts."
