Janette Manrara says 'I'm letting it go' after struggle with Aljaz Skorjanec

Janette Manrara has said she's 'letting it go'. She talked about her life and a recent problem with her husband Aljaz Skorjanec. Janette is a former Strictly Come Dancing pro and now presents It Takes Two. She and Aljaz, a Slovenian dancer, got married in 2017 and have a daughter named Lyra Rose.

Janette talked about moving to London and getting rid of old things to make room for new ones, while thinking about how fast her daughter is growing up.

Janette said this on a podcast, where she was asked if she was still unpacking, but she said there was only one box left.

Janette was asked if she had cleaned out her old house before moving and if her things were organized. She said she likes to be organized and feel fresh, and likes to get rid of old things and bring in new ones.

Janette said it's hard to get rid of things with a husband who likes to keep things and a toddler who grows fast. She's not keeping up with her daughter's growth as fast as she can.

Janette was asked if she was keeping her daughter's things just in case, but she said no, she's letting go. She's keeping a few special things like her daughter's first dress.

Aljaz and Janette joined Strictly in 2013 and got married in 2017. Aljaz proposed two years after they started on the show.

Their daughter Lyra Rose was born in 2023, and they have a new show called A Night To Remember.

Janette talked about moving to London

Strictly is going through some changes, with hosts Claudia and Tess leaving, and some dancers leaving too.

Janette was asked if she would leave Strictly, but she said she doesn't know yet. She said everyone is waiting to see what happens.

Janette said Strictly will come back, and they might have new dancers and presenters.

Janette feels lucky to have a platform to do tours and doesn't take it for granted.
