0:59the decree is the incorporation of Halal

1:02labeling, traceability, and the use of

1:05Halal indications into a formal

1:07framework.

1:11Science Technology before they do Halal

1:15training, consultancy, certification.

1:18We need to audit the companies that want

1:20to do certification. Even in Malaysia,

1:22there is no Halal law. Not many

1:25countries have done it. So, Vietnam has
