Mary Berry's Easy Sausage Traybake Recipe

Preheat the oven to 220°C. Put all ingredients except wine in a big bag.
Close the bag and shake it well to coat everything with oil.
Or put everything in a big bowl and mix until all is coated with oil.
Put all in a big tin, spread out, and make sure sausages are not under vegetables.
Add salt and pepper to taste, then cook for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
Take out of oven, turn sausages over, and mix vegetables with the juices.
Add wine and cook for 20 more minutes until golden brown and sausages are cooked.
For kids, you can use stock instead of wine.
