In its first phase, Vincom Collection is projected to develop nearly 300 hectares of commercial and service land across sites like Ocean City, Vinhomes Global Gate, Vinhomes The Gallery, Vinhomes Green Paradise, Vinpearl Harbour, along with various future projects. These commercial avenues will be conceptualized around thematic ideas that resonate with local lifestyles and cultural attributes.

The portfolio spans a diverse array of formats, including retail avenues, dining villages, themed markets, nightlife streets, entertainment and sports facilities, golf-related offerings, and wellness areas.
