UK Lifts Travel Ban to UAE, Including Dubai, But Warns Brits

The UK Foreign Office has lifted its travel ban to the UAE.

The UK government had warned against non-essential travel to the UAE since March due to the Middle East conflict. Now, it has updated its advice and no longer warns against travel to the UAE and 14 other countries, including Cyprus and Turkey.

However, the government still warns Brits about the situation.

The US and Iran have agreed on a plan to reduce conflict in the Middle East. But the situation is still unpredictable, and attacks could happen again at any time.

In March, missiles and drone attacks hit the UAE.

If fighting starts again, British nationals should be prepared.

Before the ceasefire on 8 April, Iran said it would target US and Israeli locations in the Gulf. This includes businesses, facilities, and institutions linked to the US or Israel. Iran has attacked civilian areas like ports, hotels, and airports in the past.
