>> Yeah. Yeah, absolutely. And ultimately,

you know, let me break down the business

because the way we envision the business

is a flywheel

of apps, data, and AI coming together.

Now, why a flywheel? You know, in

physics, a flywheel is all about

individual components that are coming

together to create new energy

>> and we believe that holds true in

enterprise software as well. Now, it

starts with the application layer. So,

the apps that we provide uh run the end

to end business processes of an

organization. So, think about you know

there's the core ERP but then there's

finance, there's supply chain, there's

procurement, there's you know customer

experience, there's HR and so forth. So

every single core business process is

run in an application. If I just take

supply chain, if you would double click

on that, there is planning, there is

manufacturing, there is logistics, there

is warehousing, there is asset

management and so forth. So SAP has the

broadest portfolio of apps, you know, of

of all software companies in the world.

But these apps do not only run end to

end business processes. They also

generate a lot of extremely valuable

data. Now that data is what we combine

with non SAP data in what we call the

business data cloud that does a couple

of things. The first thing it builds a

reliable and trusted source to do

anything AI related.

>> And second is often times why does AI

fail or why do transformations fail

because companies haven't solved for the

data problem. So I think you know that

is extremely important that there has to

be you know a data foundation that then

supports organizations when it comes to

AI. Now what is extremely important is

the notion of what we call semantically

rich data

>> because it's very easy to pull data from

different systems but you lose the

semantics. So give you an example simple

a purchase order or a sales order. If

you would have to pull that from SAP

systems you now need to pull data from

you need to recreate the logic that that

is a sales order purchase order or you

know anything else. So often times

companies spend an enormous amount of

time and effort in pulling data from

different applications trying to

recreate the semantics but now the data

is disconnected from the source

again it it takes an enormous amount of

time on getting getting it ready for AI.

found very interesting you might have

seen that uh MIT they uh released this

uh article and said hey 95% of Gen AI

are interesting. I think a lot of

companies are trying to treat AI like a

separate layer somewhere in the

technology stack. So it's disconnected

from your end to end business processes,

it might be disconnected from your data

strategy, it's something you know

somewhere but the moment it doesn't make

to drive value. So one of the strategies

comes to AI is to embed AI back in the

in an you know finance you want to get

activity that needs to make it back to

you want to create AI to predict future

demand so that you can then synchronize

an autonomous way but they can connect

So they can also you know break down

silos. So give an example there's an

agent on the commercial side that can

topline. They're not necessarily

organization and they're also uh not
