Greggs to Open First International Store in Spain

Greggs is working with Lagarde Travel Retail to open the new store.
The store will sell Greggs' famous baked goods and Spanish food like omelette rolls and orange juice. It will serve the 13 million UK tourists who visit the airport each year.
The store will have seats for 92 customers.
Greggs' CEO Roisin Currie said the airport is a great place to try opening a store outside the UK.
Roisin Currie thinks Greggs will be popular in Spain because it offers good value.
Javier Cagigal from Lagardere Travel Retail is happy to work with Greggs.
Javier Cagigal thinks the new store will be a comforting choice for travelers.
This is not the first time a UK brand has opened in Spain.
Another UK brand, Wetherspoons, has also opened in Spain and plans to open more.
