Tesco Chef Shares Easy Chicken Traybake Recipe

To help families eat healthy, Oliver made a chicken and mango chutney traybake recipe that feeds four for under £5.
This dish is healthy and takes only 15-20 minutes to prepare.
The main vegetable in this recipe is fresh butternut squash.

You can use fresh or frozen butternut squash in this recipe.

To start, heat your oven to 240C. Put the chicken, squash, onion, curry powder, and oil in a roasting tin.
While the traybake cooks, you can cook the rice. Use less water for perfect rice.

For fluffy rice, don't overfill the pan with water. Add water as needed.
To get fluffy rice, don't wash it. For regular rice, rinse it first.
After 30 minutes, add chickpeas, garlic, and chilli to the traybake. Then add mango chutney and cook for 5 more minutes.
When the traybake is done, sprinkle coriander on top and serve with rice and lime wedges.
