I made cinnamon rolls with 2-ingredient dough in my air fryer and it was a success

I love using 2-ingredient dough for recipes. It's easy to make bread with just flour and Greek yoghurt. I use it for homemade pizza too.

Greek yoghurt and flour can also make delicious cinnamon rolls.

Cinnamon rolls usually take hours to make because the dough needs time to rise. But this recipe is quicker.

You don't need to use your oven because the air fryer cooks the cinnamon rolls perfectly.

Self-raising flour helps the cinnamon rolls rise without yeast.

Self-raising flour is important for the cinnamon rolls to rise without yeast. You can make your own self-raising flour with plain flour, baking powder, and salt.

Any type of Greek yoghurt works for this recipe. I used 0% fat Greek yoghurt.

The cinnamon rolls were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside after cooking in the air fryer.

I added icing to the warm cinnamon rolls.

Mix flour and yoghurt to make a dough.

I made a cinnamon paste and spread it on the dough.

I cut the dough into five small rolls.

I cooked the cinnamon rolls in the air fryer for 12 minutes at 160C.

I added icing to the cinnamon rolls before they cooled down.

Combine flour and yoghurt, then use your hands to make a ball of dough.

Roll out the dough into a rectangle, about half an inch thick.

Mix melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon, then spread it on the dough. Leave a border around the edges.

Roll the dough into a cylinder and cut it into five rolls.

Cook the rolls in the air fryer for 12 minutes at 160°C. Check on them after 10 minutes.

Make a thick icing paste with icing sugar and milk, and drizzle it over the warm cinnamon rolls.
