Travelers from Vietnam were second. 35% of them said they really want to try different and tasty foods when they travel.

People from South Korea were third. Then came travelers from Malaysia and Japan. Agoda got answers from 3,353 people in nine Asian countries.

Agoda said the results show how much people from Taiwan love food. It also shows that food is a big part of why they travel.

Taiwan is famous for its street food. Especially in Taipei's night markets like Shilin and Raohe. People from all around the world know about it.

Some popular foods in Taiwan are oyster omelets, stinky tofu, braised pork belly buns, and pearl milk tea.
