My Top Tips for a Fun Trip to Butlin's

I have some tips to make your trip to Butlin's fun.

Are you planning a holiday with your kids? I'm a mum of two and I went to Butlin's Skegness resort. I have some tips to share with you.

Some tips are just for Butlin's, but you can use others at other holiday parks.

First, plan your day if you want to book things on site. You can use the app, but some activities are booked on the day. Book bowling after or before breakfast.

The restaurants can be busy before or after shows. If you're not watching a show, eat during that time. I like The Yacht Club for premier dining with kids.

That's your last ride.

The playground at Skegness' Butlin's is great for kids. There's a cafe nearby for drinks.

The arcades have many machines that take contactless payments. Set a limit with your kids before you go in. My youngest liked the motorbikes, but my eldest loved the tokens!

You can arrive at 1pm and use the activities before check-in. Go to the swimming pool, the queues are shorter then.

The shows are worth the money. Kids and adults love them. Book early entry if you can, it gets busy.
