China and Portugal Reach Final of Fireworks Festival

China and Portugal were chosen for the final by the jury after the first rounds, based on their ideas, creativity, and performances.

The Chinese team, which won last year, did a great show called 'Flower of the Orient', and the Portuguese team also did very well with a beautiful mix of music and visuals.

A Portuguese team did a fireworks show at the festival in 2026.

The Portuguese team got attention for showing Vietnam's bamboo forests with a song about a dragon and fairy parents.

On June 28, organizers decided the order for the final show. Portugal will go first, then China with the theme 'Connecting Horizons'.

The organizers said the winner will get $20,000, and the second place will get $10,000. There will also be smaller prizes for the audience's favorite and the most creative teams.

The festival started on May 30 and will end on July 11, with 10 teams from around the world, including two from Vietnam.

The final show will be on July 11.
