World Cup Player Says Sorry After Hitting Camera Man

A World Cup cameraman got an apology from Abdukodir Khusanov after the Uzbekistan defender accidentally hit him.

Abdukodir Khusanov, a Manchester City player, gave a World Cup cameraman a signed Uzbekistan shirt after hitting him during a game. Khusanov ran into the cameraman while trying to get the ball and couldn't stop in time.

Khusanov got a yellow card for his late tackle. Medics and others rushed to help the cameraman. The Uzbekistan Football Association posted about Khusanov's kind gesture on Instagram.

The post said: 'Uzbekistan played its first World Cup game against Colombia yesterday.'

During the game, Abdukodir Khusanov collided with a camera operator while trying to get the ball near the sideline.

Uzbekistan Football Association people visited the cameraman to see how he was and gave him a special shirt signed by Khusanov. Khusanov also wished the cameraman a speedy recovery and said hello.

Uzbekistan lost the game 3-1 and now it's hard for them to qualify for the next round with Portugal and DR Congo already getting points.
