Vietnam is a bright spot in a difficult time

Nikkei, a Japanese newspaper, says that Asian countries have been worried about debt, but another problem is growing: many young people don't have jobs. This could cause a big problem in the region.
Asia has many young people, but there aren't enough jobs for them. Many people are under 30, but jobs haven't kept up with the growing population and more people getting educated.
The International Labour Organisation says that 12.6-13% of young people worldwide don't have jobs, which is about 65 million people. This is almost three times higher than the number of adults without jobs.
The conflict in the Middle East has made energy prices go up, which has caused inflation and made it harder for people to get loans. This is especially hard on young people, and new technologies are also changing the job market.
Some countries are showing that they can help with this problem by making good policies. Vietnam is one of the countries that has done well by creating many jobs for young people in factories that make things to sell to other countries.
The future is still uncertain for the region. Asia needs to create jobs for its young people to have a strong economy. If not, the many young people could become a problem instead of a strength. The conflict in the Middle East is making things even more uncertain.
