I Made Easy Mini Egg Brownies for Easter

Easter is a great time to bake at home. It's fun for kids and a good way to relax.
Baking brownies is easy. It doesn't make a big mess.
Anyone can make brownies. They need minimal equipment. I made Mini Egg brownies and they turned out great.
I like brownies that are gooey but not too sweet. These were perfect.
The middle was gooey and the edges were crunchy. I used Jane Patisserie's recipe.
Add Mini Eggs to the mix before baking.
Let the brownie cool in the tin.
I used a milk chocolate bar because chocolate chips were sold out. It worked well.
Kids can help with baking. They can mix and add Mini Eggs.

This recipe makes 16 brownies.
Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a tin with paper.
Melt the chocolate and butter. Let it cool.
Whisk the eggs and sugar. It will get lighter.
Add the chocolate mixture and fold.
Add flour and cocoa. Fold again.
Add chocolate chips and Mini Eggs. Fold and pour into the tin.
Bake for 25-30 minutes. Let it cool.
Melt milk chocolate and drizzle on top. Add crushed Mini Eggs.
Cut into 16 pieces and enjoy. For a fudgy texture, refrigerate for 2 hours.
