I'm a baker — my easy trick gives you perfectly round pancakes every time

People like pancakes with bacon or fruit. I like American-style pancakes. My recipe is easy and makes many pancakes.
Making round pancakes is hard, but I found a trick. It uses a tool I always have.
The piping bag helps make round pancakes.
Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
Mixing dry ingredients separately helps.
Add milk and eggs, then mix until smooth.
I put the mix in a piping bag and melt butter in a pan.
I pipe the mix into the pan.
The pancakes are perfect.
If you don't have a piping bag, use a sandwich bag. I pipe the mix into the pan and wait.
The mix spreads into a circle. Don't touch it.
When bubbles form, flip the pancake and cook for 15-20 seconds.
The pancakes are circular and delicious with berries and syrup.
This recipe makes many pancakes, so I freeze them for later.
