A school in Wales locked down after a pupil had a medical problem.

Maesteg School in Wales closed on Tuesday and pupils told their parents lockdown was in place.

The school said it locked down because of a medical issue, not a threat.

The school posted on Facebook that it locked down to protect a pupil who had a medical problem.

The school is waiting for a comment from the police.
