Vietnam Pho Restaurant Closes Before Michelin Honor

This year, Michelin gave awards to 195 restaurants in three cities in Vietnam.

Michelin judges look at the food, cooking, flavors, and if the restaurant is consistent.

Michelin gives stars to restaurants: one star is good, two stars are very good, and three stars are excellent.

Now, Vietnam has 11 restaurants with one Michelin star.
