Jet2 Warns UK Travelers About Holiday Plans

Jet2 has given a warning to British people going to a popular holiday place.
Summer is coming, and many people are planning their trips. Jet2 tells its customers about important things, and today it gave a warning to people who are already on holiday or going soon to the Canary Islands.
Jet2 said there might be roads closed and more security checks. The warning says that because Pope Leo XIV is visiting the Canaries, there could be road closures in Gran Canaria and more security at the airport.
Check-in closes 40 minutes before flights leave. All Jet2 flights should happen as planned, but if a flight is late, the company will tell customers by text, email, or the Jet2 App.
Pope Leo is going to the Canary Islands, where many migrants have arrived in the past ten years. He will visit the port of Arguineguin on Gran Canaria, which will be his first trip to the islands.
