Chloe Bradley had her first child, Willow, three years ago through IVF and is having another child soon.

Chloe spoke at a government meeting and said she and her husband had fertility problems for six years.

They had six miscarriages, three egg retrievals, and many embryo transfers.

Chloe said they had many health issues and spent $250,000, so they had to make many sacrifices.

They even went to Sydney for a special doctor because there wasn't one in Adelaide, which was very expensive.

Chloe would have been able to get some money back from the government for her fertility treatments.

The Premier of South Australia, Peter Malinauskas, said the new plan is better than others in the country.

The government will give $18.5 million over four years to help with IVF costs, starting July 1.

Eligible families can get $4,000 for two IVF cycles and $250 for fertility tests.

The Premier said South Australia will be the first state to offer this kind of help for IVF, not just once, but twice.

He said the plan is more helpful and generous than any other in the country.

The help will be available to families earning $180,000 or less, including single parents.

The Premier wants to make sure all women who want children can have them, even if they can't afford IVF.

The government said people can only get the rebate if they use a registered IVF provider after July 1.
