Ripley said, 'People messaged us saying their football training was in cricket nets.'

Ripley said, 'People told us the club's big event is on the same night as their game, which is two hours away.'

Ripley said, 'People message us saying their coaches are abusive, sexist, or racist, and when they complain, they are ignored.'

The founders of Not All Clubs use fake names and keep their sources secret to stay safe.

Ripley said, 'We want to show that these are big problems, not just problems with one club.'

Not All Clubs only talks about specific organizations if they are already in the news.

Wear red for gender-based violence.

This weekend is the Wear Red round, which Not All Clubs started in 2025 to raise awareness about gender-based violence.

Any team can join by wearing two red armbands during their game and sharing a photo.

Ripley said, 'One armband is for the women who were hurt or killed by gender-based violence, and the other is to make sports clubs accountable.'

The Wear Red round is an initiative to raise awareness about gender-based violence.

In 2024-25, 48 women were killed by their partners.

In 2026, 29 Australian women were killed by their partners.

Ripley says problems that enable gender-based violence can start in community sports.

'Custodians of the game'

Ripley wants state and national sports bodies to be accountable.

Ripley said, 'It's not good when you have a racist or sexist person in a community club.'

Ripley said, 'We take responsibility, but we need help from the government, especially money.'

Ripley said, 'Sports organizations need to take responsibility for what happens in their sports.'
