Virgin Media Offers Free £250 4K Smart TVs with Select Bundles

Virgin Media is giving away free smart TVs in a sale. The provider launched its latest giveaway where customers can get a free £250 LG Smart TV.

It’s available with four Virgin TV and broadband packages, each with hundreds of channels, free Netflix, and the option to include Sky Sports and Cinema coverage.

Customers can choose a 43” LG Ultra HD smart TV or a £125 bill credit after taking advantage of the deal. However, time is ticking as customers must claim the deal by 11.59 pm on May 27.

Each of Virgin’s eligible TV packages comes with over 200 TV channels and a free Netflix subscription. The £44.99 Cinema bundle also comes with full Sky Cinema access and fibre broadband.

Customers can combine packages with the £64.99 Sport + Cinema bundle, which boosts broadband speed to 512Mbps. The £76.99 Max Volt bundle comes with over 230 TV channels, including Sky Cinema and Sky Sports, plus Netflix and 1,130Mbps broadband.

Virgin has adopted the One Touch Switch scheme, which means new customers don’t have to contact their current provider. Instead, Virgin will act on their behalf and speak to the other brand to process the switch.

A caveat is that Virgin’s monthly prices will increase by £4 each April. Customers should take that into account when committing to one of the 24-month contracts.

Sky launches a rival sale ahead of the World Cup, which sees its Glass smart TVs reduced to as low as £4.50 per month. The more powerful Sky Glass Gen 2 now starts at £11.

Amazon has unveiled its rebranded Fire TV range, along with a brand-new model, the Ember Artline, that’s up to £320 off.

The free LG smart TV is available with four Virgin Media bundles.

Customers have left thousands of glowing reviews for Virgin Media after signing up for its TV and broadband packages. Reviews praise Virgin’s ‘blisteringly fast’ broadband speeds and ‘great value’.

One person said: “What an excellent experience from initial ordering to installation. Speeds are blisteringly fast, and signals are strong throughout the house.”

Another said: “From the outset, we have found our experience with Virgin to be perfect. The engineers were friendly and helpful and made the changeover seamless.”

This customer appeared happy overall, but deducted a star from their review due to issues with their registration. They said: “Overall, pretty smooth joining with the One Touch Switch process.”

Meanwhile, another Virgin Media customer said switching was the ‘best thing I’ve done’. They said: “Best thing I’ve done. Controls are easy to use, and I love voice control.”
