Sky TV Users Are Experiencing a Frustrating Glitch

Sky TV has a problem.

Some Sky users are having a problem with the ITVX app. It stops their shows and goes to the end. This has been happening since last week. Users are upset because they are taken to the end of a show without warning.

A Sky user named Dazzasky said the ITV Player skips to the end of a show. This has been happening for a few days.

Another user, Dawn, said she is having the same problem. Her shows stop and go to the end after an ad break.

The problem seems to be affecting people who use Sky's online devices, like Sky Stream boxes and Glass TVs. It is not clear if Sky Q is also affected.

Sky does not know what is causing the problem, but they are working on a fix.

Kev said they understand the problem is frustrating and they are working with ITV to fix it. He will update the users when he has more information.
