I watched Netflix's number one cult thriller and felt disappointed

Asa Butterfield plays Adam.

The show is number one on UK Netflix with 10.4 million views and has many famous actors. But it has not gotten people very excited. The story seems interesting at first, but it does not have many surprises.

The show is about a secret British religious group where men control women. If someone breaks the rules, they get punished quickly and severely. The story gets complicated when a young woman named Rosie meets a man named Sam who escaped from prison.

I could guess what would happen in the story, except for one surprise.

The actors in the show do a great job. Asa Butterfield plays a mean cult leader who is trying to keep control. He is very different from his character in Sex Education.

The leader of the group, Mr. Phillips, is also very scary. He wants to keep his way of life, but it is getting harder.

The show could have been much shorter and still been good.

It was okay to watch, but it could have been better if it was shorter.

The idea of the show is very interesting, with a love triangle, murder, and a great cast. But the show does not live up to its potential.

Some of the dialogue is too obvious and tells us too much about the characters.

The show tells us too much instead of showing us.

The last episode did not answer many questions and felt rushed.

The show was okay, but not good enough to watch again.
