Ha Tinh Approves Four New Wind Power Projects
These projects will help create an energy hub and make the country's energy supply stronger.
The projects are located in four communes and will have 45 turbines. They will add 591.456 million kWh of electricity to the national grid each year.
Three of the projects will be developed by a group of companies including TTA Vietnam and No One Land.
The fourth project will be developed by a group including TTA Vietnam, No One Land, and Ha Tinh Cau Treo.
The largest project, Ky Anh 1, will have a capacity of 65MW and cost 2.308 trillion VND. It will cover 22.75ha and include roads, foundations, and a substation.
The investors will pay 20% of the total cost, and the rest will come from banks. The projects will operate for 50 years.
The investors will finish paying their share by the end of 2026 and complete land and legal procedures by February 2027.
Other work will be done from February to April 2027, and then the main construction will start.
All four projects should be finished within 22 months.
Building these four projects at the same time is a new step in Ha Tinh's plan for clean energy.
The wind power projects will help the province have a mix of energy sources, reduce emissions, and become a major energy hub.
