0:14intelligence. It aims to strengthen the

0:18essential services and Europe's

0:20technological self-reliance in the new

0:22phase. A report by Vietnam today's

0:28According to the European Commission,

0:30artificial intelligence is rapidly

0:32changing the cyber security environment.

0:35A serious vulnerability that could once

0:37be bought and sold for over€1 million

0:39euros can now be turned into an exploit

0:42by AI at a much lower cost. If

0:44weaponized, these tools can threaten

0:47digital infrastructure, essential

0:49services, and critical sectors such as

0:52finance energy healthcare transport

0:55and public administration. In response

0:58to this threat, the EU's new action plan

1:01focuses on three main areas. Testing the

1:04security of advanced AI models before

1:07they enter the European market. Speeding

1:09up the detection and remediation of

1:11critical cyber security vulnerabilities

1:13and building Europe's own AI power cyber

1:16security capabilities. The European

1:18Commission also plans to establish a

1:21secure platform for testing AI in cyber

1:23security by the end of 2026. The

1:27European Union Agency for Cyber Security

1:29will support member states and

1:31businesses in strengthening their

1:33response capabilities. The EU also

1:35stresses the need to secure critical

1:37opensource projects which are widely

1:39used in many digital systems today.

1:43The EU now see artificial intelligent as

1:45more than an economic tools. It is also

1:48part of cyber security and technological

1:51sovereignity. With this action plan,

1:54Europe want to limit the risk of AI and

1:57use it to better defend itself against
