A Family Kitchen in Vietnam Becomes Famous on Social Media
At first, people thought it was a store, but it is actually a family's kitchen in Tan Chau Commune, Tay Ninh Province. The family uses it to cook for big gatherings.
The video has been watched by millions of people and shows the kitchen with many shelves and walls filled with cookware and baskets, all very organized.
Nguyen Ngoc Kim Yen, 18, posted the video and said the kitchen belongs to her family, who use it to prepare food for big family gatherings.
Yen said that many families in the area have a lot of kitchen items because they often have big gatherings and need to cook for many people.
Yen's family hosts two big gatherings every year and often cooks for large groups. Having many pots and pans makes it easier to prepare food.
This kitchen is special because it is used for family celebrations.
The family has around 100 pots and pans and 50 to 60 baskets of different sizes and colors.
Some of the cookware is very old but still in good condition because it is well taken care of. Other items were bought more recently.
The kitchen also has many bowls and plates, all stored neatly.
Yen said that all the items are used when the family has big gatherings, which can have up to 150 guests. It's good to have many items just in case.
Yen's mother loves to organize the kitchen.
Yen's mother is very good at organizing the kitchen and loves to buy new kitchen items when she goes to the market.
When she buys new items, she sorts them and hangs them on the walls and ceiling in straight rows, making the kitchen look nice and easy to use.
After each gathering, every pot, pan, and basket is washed and put back in its place.
The family also deep cleans the kitchen three times a year, taking down all the items, washing them, and putting them back.
Yen said that cleaning and maintaining the kitchen takes a lot of work, but they are used to it and it takes around four to five hours to clean everything.
The video is still very popular on social media, with many people watching and commenting on it.
Many people admire the family's attention to detail and the mother's dedication to keeping the kitchen organized. It shows a trait common in women from Vietnam's Mekong Delta, who keep their homes tidy and prepare for big family gatherings.
