Preheat the oven to 220°C. Put all ingredients except wine in a big bag.
Close the bag and shake it to coat everything with oil.
Or put everything in a big bowl and mix until coated with oil.
Put everything in a big roasting tin. Make sure the sausages are not under the vegetables.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Roast for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
Take the sausages out, turn them over, and mix the vegetables with the juices. Add wine and roast for 20 more minutes.
You can replace wine with stock if cooking for kids.
Meat stock is best, but vegetable stock is okay too.
Serve with mustard if you like.
