The Repair Shop Expert Faces Emotional Project

The Repair Shop's Mark Stuckey felt nervous as he fixed a broken projector. It had home movies of a brother and sister who lost their parents.

Mark said it was scary, but he had to try. He compared it to jumping off a diving board - you have to be brave and do it.

The siblings, Zaff and Nasari, explained that their dad recorded videos of them when they were young. They had to leave Uganda in the 1970s.

Their parents have passed away, and the siblings wanted to see them again by fixing the projector.

Zaff shared that they had fun growing up, but also experienced trauma when they had to leave Africa with many others.

Mark fixed the projector, and it showed videos of the siblings' family.

Mark said there were many memories on the videos. He was excited for the siblings to see their past.

Zaff and Nasari were emotional when they saw the old videos. They were happy to see their family on the screen.

Nasair felt at peace, and her brother was amazed to see their family after many years.
