Emmerdale's Caroline Harker on the 'cruel' people in her past

As Dr Caitlin Todd, Caroline has been bullying Jacob Gallagher. Jacob tells his wife Sarah about it, and when he complains at work, he finds out Dr Todd already complained about him.
Caroline watched world leaders to learn how to play a bully. She says Dr Todd is like some world leaders who say and do bad things without fear. They have no empathy and always get what they want.
Caroline stores experiences to use for her characters. She says she has met bullies and remembers them. She went to a boarding school and some nuns were cruel.
Jacob goes to see Dr Todd and asks to talk. Then he decides to complain about her to her employers.
Caroline comes from an acting family. Her mum was in a TV series, her dad was in The Avengers, and her sister was in Pride and Prejudice.
