Ryanair Warns Passengers About Small Bag Policy

Ryanair warned passengers with bookings about extra charges.
Ryanair sent a message to customers about their free 'personal bag'. If the bag is too big, they will be charged. The bag must be 40x30x20cm or smaller.
Ryanair's standard fare only includes one small personal item. Passengers can pay for more luggage if needed.
Passengers can pay for 'Priority & 2 Cabin Bags' to bring more luggage on board. They can also pay for checked baggage, with prices based on size.
Buying a checked bag does not mean passengers can bring a 10kg cabin bag too.
Passengers with infants under two can bring a 5kg baby bag and two baby items for free, but no extra standard baggage is included.
