Lawyer Denies Wrongdoing in $410M Inheritance Case

The last will gives a small share to two of Siew Kim's daughters and a lot to a charity and their siblings.

Low said she can make a will even if she gets something from it, as long as she does not sign it.

Low became a trustee of the charity after Siew Kim asked her to.

The court case was delayed because the plaintiffs' lawyer was sick.

Siew Kim was the daughter of a famous Malaysian businessman, Lim Goh Tong.

Lim Goh Tong started the Genting business empire.

Siew Kim died of cancer in 2022, leaving behind a large estate.

Her daughters got a small part of the estate, while their siblings got more.

The plaintiffs found two old wills that were different from the last one.

They question why their mother made a new will when she was very sick.

They want the court to say all the wills are not valid.

Other people are also being sued, including their brother and the estate's executors.

The trial started in February, and the plaintiffs tried to stop part of Low's testimony.
