McDonald's Makes Big Change to UK Restaurants

McDonald's customers are getting ready for a big change. The fast food chain is stopping its Wrap of the Day offer in restaurants next month.

The promotion lets customers buy a daily wrap for £2.49. From July 14, customers can't order the cheap wraps at tills or kiosks. They must use the app.

Instead, customers will use the McDonald's app to get the offer. The price stays at £2.49, but customers must order through the app. They can pick up their order or have it delivered.

Customers using kiosks will pay full price, which is £4.49 to £5.79. Some customers are unhappy about the change.

On Reddit, one user said: 'BOYCOTT'. Another user said they only went to McDonald's for the Wrap of the Day. They are sad about the change.

Many customers are sad that the Wrap of the Day is being removed from restaurant menus. One customer misses when the wrap was £1.99.

A McDonald's spokesperson said the new offer will let customers get any wrap for £2.49 on the app. The change gives customers more flexibility to choose their favorite wrap.

The change to the Wrap of the Day comes after McDonald's changed its Food for Thoughts survey promotion. The promotion was a way for customers to get a cheap meal.

The new promotion gives customers a free medium fries, cheeseburger, Oreo McFlurry, or Smarties McFlurry when they spend £5. The change started in May.
