Assistant Treasury Minister Andrew Leigh said things could be worse. He reminded us that the world is facing bigger problems.

He talked about the risks of a mass-extinction event, such as nuclear war and climate change.

Leigh said that technological progress can also increase the risk of harm to humanity.

He warned that the same progress that brings prosperity can also make us more fragile.

This is a scary thought

But if there is a silver lining, a zombie apocalypse would be good for first home buyers.
