The doctor's second tip is to freeze a hot water bottle or a damp towel and put it near your feet at night.

You can also put your face cream in the fridge to cool down.

The doctor said to eat light meals and put a bowl of cold water in front of a fan to make the air cooler.

He advised putting cold water on your wrists and neck to cool down faster and to avoid drinking alcohol during the hot parts of the day.

The doctor said to check on your neighbors and older relatives because they might be more affected by the heat. If someone is dizzy or has a headache, it could be heat exhaustion.
