Fatal Fury to Become a Movie

Mortal Kombat II is in theaters and Street Fighter is coming soon. More fighting game movies are on the way.

A movie based on Fatal Fury is being made by The Arena. David S. Goyer will write the script about brothers Terry and Andy Bogard. They want to get back at crime boss Geese Howard for killing their father. They will fight in a big tournament to do this. The movie will be about their story.

Fatal Fury is part of a bigger plan to make entertainment around South Town, a city in SNK games.

A movie about Geese Howard's life is also being made. It will be like The Godfather and Joker. Grant Singer will write and direct it.

The Arena is making more than just movies. An animated Fatal Fury series is being developed by Skybound, called Fatal Fury: The Vow.

A webtoon about Art of Fighting is being made by Brandon Chen. It will be the first South Town title to come out.

It's about film and video games.
