Early Amazon Prime Day Laptop Deals Are Not Impressive

Amazon Prime Day is coming, and many gadgets are already on sale. You can buy smart home devices, big TVs, and headphones at lower prices before the event starts. This year, Prime Day is from June 23 to 26. You can get early discounts to avoid problems on the day of the sale.

Laptops are not on sale yet. This year's early Prime Day laptop deals are not good.

I know a lot about PCs and have covered Prime Day for seven years. Amazon does not release many laptop deals until the sale starts. I'm talking about great deals on popular models, not bad listings from third-party sellers or unknown brands.

The good news is that waiting usually pays off. Many Apple MacBooks and Windows laptops will be at their lowest prices during Prime Day. The bad news is that waiting is not fun. Paying too much for something that goes on sale later is also not good.

Amazon has not shared all the details of its Prime Day deals, but it has said that there will be discounts on laptops from brands like HP, Lenovo, and Samsung. You can expect to save up to 35% on some laptops.

I think we will see discounts of at least $200 on the M5 MacBook Air and MacBook Pro. The budget MacBook Neo has not had a big discount on Amazon yet, but Prime Day might be a good time for that.

If you want the best laptop deals, do not just look at Amazon. Other stores like Best Buy will have sales too, with up to 50% off devices, including laptops. Best Buy has a better selection of Windows laptops and older MacBooks than Amazon.
