weapons. Germany and other EU countries

are strong in precision engineering,

exposed a critical weakness. Advanced

That transition has often been slow in

Testing, procurement, and large-scale

same time, it is deepening cooperation

through battlefield experience.

impetus needed to decisively step up

investment and production.

The question is no longer simply who has

the better AI model or the smarter

robot. It is who can turn those

technologies into hundreds or thousands
