The Japanese yen got stronger against the US dollar. This happened after the US and Japan said they would work together to help the yen. They want to make the yen stronger because it was very weak.

The US dollar lost value, and the euro got stronger. The euro is now at its highest value in a month and a half, at 1.1559 dollars. The British pound is also strong, at 1.3476 dollars. These changes happened in Asia.
The value of the US dollar did not change much, at 99.71. But it did lose value last week, by more than 1.5%.
