How Christie Brinkley Keeps Her Adult Children Close

The 72‑year‑old supermodel says she has built her life around family. Because of that, her three adult children usually visit her on weekends and holidays.

Her children are Alexa Ray Joel, 40, Jack Paris Brinkley‑Cook, 31, and Sailor Brinkley‑Cook, 28. After both of her own parents died in 2012 – father Don on July 14 and mother Marge on September 9 – she says family time feels even more precious.

Brinkley told Fox News Digital that she always reminds her kids they are welcome to come back anytime, even with friends. She also stars in the movie “American Summer,” which opened on September 4 and tells a story that celebrates family connections.
