0:34serving local residents since March this

0:37year. As a result, the processing time

0:40for each administrative procedure has

0:42been reduced to just 5 to 10 minutes,

0:44down from around 30 minutes previously.

0:48I just scanned my citizen ID card and my

0:51information is filled in automatically.

0:53It saves me from filling everything out

0:55by hand and helps avoid mistakes. It

0:58also cuts waiting time and I can get the

1:00results much faster.

1:04>> More than just a device connected to the

1:06national public service portal for

1:08online applications. The AI kiosk

1:11integrates facial recognition, a voice

1:13enabled AI assistant, a chipbased

1:16citizen ID card reader, and a document

1:18scanner. Citizens simply hand over the

1:21required documents and the kiosk

1:23automatically scans and enters the

1:25information. Within minutes, an official

1:28stamps the paperwork and returns it to

1:30the applicant at the counter.

1:34By applying digital technology to

1:36administrative services, people can

1:38submit applications anytime from

1:40anywhere. Online payment and postal

1:43delivery of results also save them a

1:45great deal of time. For the

1:47administration, digital systems make it

1:49easier to track each application's

1:51progress, monitor how cases are handled,

1:54and manage processing deadlines more

1:56effectively, helping prevent delays.

2:00After one year of operating the three

2:02theological government model, the

2:04national public service portal now

2:06provides nearly 6,000 administrative

2:08procedures and is connected to the

2:10administrative processing systems of all

2:1234 provinces and centrally governed

2:15cities.

2:16Nearly 92% of applications are now

2:19submitted online while the on-time

2:21processing rate remains above 95%.

2:26The uh the early benefit uh has been a

2:29shortening of institutional rude now. So

2:32there is some extent of pressure to

2:35apply digitalization within the

2:38administration to a large extent part.

2:40What is necessary is additional staff,

2:43specialized staff, also budget, new

2:46systems, a larger amount of

2:48digitalization.
