I visited Phúc's office in a small alley in Hoàng Mai District. His partner, Hiệp, showed me around.
Their office is small, only 12m2, but they use it for many things: office, warehouse, showroom, and workshop.

Many factories in Vietnam make prosthetics, but they don't always look natural. Phúc and Hiệp want their products to look and feel real.
Hiệp showed me many sample products. I tried on a prosthetic finger to see how it felt. It was hard to find one that matched my skin tone.

I saw a jar with 20 prosthetic noses that Phúc and Hiệp made for a girl. Each nose was a little different.
The girl who got the noses had a bad infection. Phúc and Hiệp wanted to make sure the noses looked real, so they made many samples.
Many customers lose fingers in accidents at work. Phúc and Hiệp's prosthetic fingers are very popular.
Phúc and Hiệp's customers are all different, but they have one thing in common: they are struggling to feel confident again.
Phúc said that their products are not just about looking good, but also about helping people feel better emotionally.

Making prosthetics is not easy. The skin color is not always the same, and it can change over time.
It takes at least two weeks to make a prosthetic, and it can cost a lot of money. But Phúc and Hiệp want to make sure it's perfect.

Now, Phúc and Hiệp have a good process, and people know about their work. But they still do everything themselves.
Phúc thinks there are many people in Vietnam who need their products. As people's lives get better, they will want products that can help them feel good emotionally.
Hiệp said that making prosthetics is not a way to get rich, but they will keep doing it because it helps people.
