Kansas City Chiefs Return to Arrowhead Stadium Name

The Kansas City Chiefs' home is now called Arrowhead Stadium again.

The team said on Wednesday that the stadium will no longer be called GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium, and will use its classic name from now on.

When the Chiefs play in 2026, they will play at Arrowhead Stadium.

The Chiefs made a deal with GEHA in 2021 to change the name, but fans and players still used the old name. The stadium was first named Arrowhead in 1972.

Arrowhead Stadium is a well-known name, and people still used it during the World Cup when it was called something else.

The Chiefs will play at Arrowhead until 2031, then they will move to a new stadium in Kansas that will cost $3 billion to build. The new stadium does not have a name yet.
