Why the Chicago Bears Might Not Do Well This Season
Some teams have a clear style of play. This can be because a coach has been there for a long time and focuses on either defense or offense. The Steelers are known for their defense, while the Colts are known for their offense. The Chicago Bears used to be all about defense, but last year their offense started to get attention. It's unclear if this will continue this season.
Last season was a big year for Caleb Williams. He made some mistakes, but he also had some amazing moments. He can make special plays, but sometimes he struggles with simple ones. The Bears started the season with two losses, then won four games in a row. They finished the season 7-4, losing to a few strong teams. In the playoffs, they beat the Packers, which was a big deal for Chicago fans.

The Bears traded DJ Moore to the Bills and got some good draft picks. Moore didn't seem to work well with Williams, so it might have been a good move. They tried to improve their defense, which was not great last year except for creating turnovers. They also needed to replace their center, Drew Dalman, who retired at 27.

I'm worried about the Bears this season. Their defense relied on turnovers to stay in games. Their offense was good, but I don't think their players will scare many teams. Coach Ben Johnson can get the most out of his team, but I don't see many upgrades from the offseason.
Ben Johnson is the head coach of the Chicago Bears.

I don't think the Bears will win 10 games. I like the Lions, Packers, and Vikings better. The Bears have a tough schedule this year, and there aren't many easy wins. Maybe they'll surprise us, but I think this might be a down year.
